Refund policy

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and original packaging attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, or removed tags will not be accepted.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit. We do not provide refunds to the original payment method for regular returns or changes of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method. Photos may be required to process your claim.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for regular returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Chéna Apparels will cover the approved return shipping costs.

Final-Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at chenaapparels@gmail.com before sending an item back. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Approved store credit will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
