Shipping Policy

Chéna Apparels currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

After processing, most in-stock orders are expected to arrive within 3–7 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Pre-Orders

Items marked Pre-Order are not currently in stock and will ship at a later date.

The estimated pre-order shipping timeframe will be listed on the product page before purchase. Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to production, supplier, or shipping delays.

Customers will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.

When a pre-order item and an in-stock item are purchased together, the entire order may ship once the pre-order item becomes available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Address Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact us at chenaapparels@gmail.com as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Chéna Apparels is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We hope to offer additional shipping destinations in the future.
